My heartbet out of my chest, the race is about to start. My blood pumped throughout my shaking body. The gunshot off. I sprinted, my legs going their absolute hardest, feeling like they are about to fall off. Fifty meters left.. twenty.. ten. Yes, I’d finished, my body ached all over. I heard cheering and screaming around me. I could see everyone’s hands clapping together and a medal being placed around my neck, relief fell off my cramping shoulders. Yes, I’d done it!

Her heart bet out of her chest as sweat trickled down her clenching hands. The blood rushing throughout her shaking body. The gun went off. She sprinted, her legs going as hard as they could, felt like they would fall off. As she got closer and closer to the shining white finish line her grin lighted up. Cheering roared all around, she could see everyone’s hands clapping together and a medal was placed around her neck, relief fell off her high stood shoulders. Yes, she’d done it!
